It is a very good computer, very fast next to my old HP and everything is as clear as a bell. I would give it higher marks if you got rid of Microsoft and Macfee every move they pop up and delay what ever you are doing.

Love the speed - fast enough for me. But on the downside, no place for DVD or for an SD card, tho I was aware of the lack ofthe former when I purchased....also, the plug pulls out too easily and it is difficpult to open lid when closed up. But overall, it works well for me.

Very light and fast. Not waiting on updates everytime its opened because it updates and opens the pages back up that I was on. Inatalled windows 11 as soon as i received it. My only suggestion would be to mark the power button better.

Easy to set up. I need to play with the camera to see if I can have a more precise picture. I use it for video conferencing. It starts us quickly. When my power went out, it switched to the battery seamlessly.

Purchased upgraded replacement for 12yo HP laptop that had been a workhorse.
PROS: Excellent viewing size screen, crisp graphics, reasonable customizing options for this price point, excellent price point for options available. Consistent reliability has been my experience with HP.
CONS: Arrives with unremovable bloatware in Windows 11, AND unwanted HP useless items consuming the space you paid for. Keys feel too light/cheap. Hinge feels weak, opens and closes with some instability. The upper 17" screen is excellent, but lower keyboard area is awkwardly positioned in the large lower area being pushed up to the base of the hinge---reaching to type is then oddly far forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!
