Love it but faulty unit - waiting on replacement

My unit seemed to make a loud humming whenever it was used on Speed 2 or 3. I also replaced the carbon filter because the light was on and I cannot get it to reset. Since the item is under warranty I contacted customer service and was graciously helped over the phone within 1 day of emailing Pure Enrichment! Looking forward to my replacement and then will update my review as I was pretty happy with it (sans the two minor inconveniences).

I bought this and what a great investment! I have severe allergies. The ease of setup was super and I just love how quiet it is!! I also like that it has a sleep mode so now I can ditch the fan and breathe better!!

It is very Quiet, looks elegant, seems to be effective in 1 month of use so far. I have bad allergies and I needed something in this covid time which is helpful and I think I got this.

I recently purchased a Pure Zone air filter and am very pleased with my purchase. I have several pets and am not having any allergy problems which I believe is as a result of my new air purifier.

I received this air purifier as a wedding gift, and it is definitely one of my favorite gifts! We are using it in our bedroom, and the SLEEP setting creates a relaxing white noise sound. It gives me peace-of-mind knowing that our air is as clean as possible while we sleep with the PureZone Elite 4-in-1 true HEPA air purifier. The set up was extremely easy and the air filter is easily accessible for replacement. I also love the sleek, modern design of the air purifier - it is very discreet and not a distraction while still being highly effective. I will definitely be buying more Pure Enrichment products in the future. Thank you for creating such a great air purifier!
