Repeated Filter Error Raises Red Flags

I own two of these air purifiers and have always praised their performance — I even purchased a second unit because I was so impressed. However, when my first purifier was about two years old, the red “change filter” light came on and would not reset, even with a brand‑new Pure Enrichment filter. The company replaced that unit, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, my second purifier (now 2–3 years old) is experiencing the exact same issue. Because this has happened with two separate units, I’ve stopped using it. I’m choosing not to request another replacement, as I’m concerned the repeated malfunction could indicate a potential safety issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My honest review of Pure Enrichment Air Purifier

I bought this purifier as my apartment lacks the proper ventilation and in dire need of an air purifier. Upon searching the web for the best option, we stumbled across this product and have decided to purchase it due to the overwhelming positive reviews.
At first glance, the quality looked durable and during its initial start, right away we could somewhat sense a difference in our air quality, especially in our bed room where it collects the most dust. This is day one of using it and I’m not disappointed with the results so far. I’d definitely recommend this product!

The first purifier I bought was a smaller one for my bedroom. It helped my allergies so much, that we purchased the larger one for the whole house. Since I registered my first one, I received a 20% off my next purchase. I ordered the larger one in a bundle with the next filter. It is very quiet!!! Attractive looking too. I highly recommend.

I have been diagnosed with MAC; which is a bacteria found in water, soil and air and invades your lungs. MAC is prevalent in the Southern United States (Georgia, Florida, etc.) With PureZone Elite 4-1 Purifer I am now able to sleep through the night.
