Uuni Temperature Laser

We purchased our temp laser when we purchased our Uuni. Very easy to use! It makes making our Pizza's so much easier knowing what temp our stone is at, no guessing when it's time to put another pizza in the oven!

Stick it in. Heat it up. Pull it out. Drop in some protein and veggies :hot_pepper:. Back in the oven. Done perfectly in minutes. Pull it out . Eat. What's not to Love?

Uuni Oak Pellets

I recently purchased an Uuni 3. I also purchased Uuni Oak pellets. I have a traditional wood-fired oven, and use oak in it. Since I was familiar with using oak, I wanted to try the oak pellets in my Uuni 3. They were perfect-no odor on the pizza, they burn uniformly and hot. I will continue to use these oak pellets in my Uuni 3.
