The Ooni Infared Thermometer is

The Ooni Infared Thermometer is very helpful especially since there's a learning curve with the Ooni oven. This handy gadget stopped us from tossing out burnt pizzas which we were doing the first few times without the thermometer. It's accurate and affordable. We are satisfied with the performance.

Worked very well and did not seem to burn through the entire hopper in 15 minutes. It was more like 30 minutes.

The pizza is excellent. Cooking time is very fast and heat is fairly consistent with the pellets. Is slows slightly when cooking many but it's not problem to adjust time. Cleanup of burned pellets easy with shop vac. We love it.

We use this for our larger Ooni (multiple fuel sources). adding this to the coal was terrific and we're getting better and better at cooking pizza with this.
