Product works as advertised. It helps me to determine if the stone is properly warmed up before and in between pizzas. Also, it helps me to regulate the flame for items that need less heat. I paired this with the gas attachment and it makes life easy.

We bought the pizza oven and I bought the wood pellets to go with it. I highly recommend you by them for your oven - gives a good smokey flavor.

Get ready to cook the best steak you have ever had. All Ooni products are high quality and so much fun to use. I have the Ooni 3 and who doesn't love a homemade pizza cooked to perfection in one minute? Steaks on the sizzler pan are restaurant quality. Love my Ooni!

the wood pellets have worked wonders for the Ooni Pro. They require attention to keep the oven at a consistent temperature, The bags of pellets are large enough, We have used the oven about 3 times and still have plenty of pellets.
