Excellent cookware

I used this for cooking rib eye steaks. I put it in the blazing Ooni and get it real hot, then put on an oiled thick cut steak. It cooks fast, and if you don't watch it you're blow past medium rare (how I like it) before you know it.

This thermometer is an easy way to track the temperature of your oonie pizza oven. We love making Brussel sprouts with balsamic dressing but we struggled initially with what temp to cook them on. No more, we have reached perfection.
