Great flavor

I almost bought an ooni that ran on real firewood but in order to stay budget friendly I bought the ooni 3 that runs on pellets. I was worried it would give it a weird taste but the steaks and fish have been getting this great wood flavor to them so I am not disappointed at all! They are quick to light up, cheap, easy to refill the oven with. 10 outta 10

Using these Pellets make the pizza taste amazing!! I never had a better tasting pizza. They are easy to light and adds the perfect flavor to the pizza.

Happy with it so far

Using it to ensure proper temperature on the irons I use for aircraft fabric covering (250F, 300F, 350F). Out of the box compared temperature readings between the Ooni and a friend's Fluke meter with infrared gun attachment. Ooni thermometer measured +/- one degree to the Fluke.
