I use this with the Ooni Pro. The handle is too short when you have the pan all the way back. Carrying a hot pan in the wood base requires gloves - the size of the base means your fingers will be 'very' close to a very hot pan. Not having a handle on the pan is good though - gives you more room to maneuver in the oven.
If they increased the size of the wood base, that would be big improvement. I bent a wire hanger to moving the pan while cooking.

Great way to cook diced chicken with onions in avocado oil. Shell steak is a family favorite. Just follow the instructions on how to season it in an oven with oil and it will last a lifetime.
