The peelets put out a

The peelets put out a surprisingly high intensity energy that gets the oven to 900 degrees in about twenty minutes. The standard full order bag looks like it is going to last quite awhile. And BTW....the pellets leave very little behind....hardly any ash resude whatsoever.. Terry Sullivan

Works ok, different then what

Works ok, different then what I had before. I had to leave my old one when I moved from Texas to Colorado. I make cauliflower pizza and working with this stone with my oven to get it right, somewhat soggy crust.

Stone cooks well; however, you are suppose to be able to remove and flip the stone for cleaning.
My stone will not come out. It has been used 5 times to cook pizza.
