Pellets burn fast and heat

We're novices with Ooni. Originally tried several pizzas with no thermometer. They were very good, but bottom was not as crispy as we'd like. So we bought the Ooni Infrared Thermometer, verified 750 degrees and the pizzas are awesome. Must have this to ensure great crust.

This is a great tool and honestly a must if you have an Ooni. It is the easiest and best way to monitor your oven for optimal cooking. The results from the thermometer are on point too. So quick and easy . These sell out fast so if you see it in stock and want something like this, don't hesitate .

Very accurate infrared thermometer! Easy to use! Multiple uses in the kitchen! Love it!
Has the additional benefit of becoming one of my cat's favorite entertainment devices - Golden will chase the little red dot :red_circle: the infrared thermometer laser projects on the floor, walls, and furniture for hours at a time. Just don't shine the laser on the cats face or in her eyes.......
