Hot Pellets

The Ooni Hardwood pellets heat up fast and put out EXTREME temperatures. Talk about an Wood Oven pizza; just watching the flames makes my mouth water.

This thermometer was worth the wait! It's accurate and very easy to use. When I first got my Ooni Fyra I had a tendency to burn the pizza crust, and now I know why. The oven had simply gotten too hot.

I love it, before I had it I had no way of knowing exactly how hot my pizza oven was. Now my pizza is even better because I know exactly when to start cooking. My crust comes out perfect. It's simply a must have!
