The perfect addition to the Pizza tool kit.I think it's a smart investment to have a dedicated thermometer that is clearly labeled OONI so nobody uses it for anything else besides cooking pizza. It's not much more than a cheap box store one and you know your getting the performance of an OONI product.

Oh lord with out this I prob would have ruined all the pizzas, not knowing the temperature and launching the pizza without knowing if the Ooni is hot enough would be a nightmare.
