The wooden pellets do not come with the Ooni pizza oven, so you definitely have to purchase that and alsothe fire starters.

I have been having some issues with my overn either not being hot enough or its too hot. I couldn't regulate the Pre heat times. I am sure its been the weather changes which has caused the problems but needless to say Now with my Thermometer I know when my oven is ready and I can cook a great pie in about a minute. Not sure what I would do without it at this point.

This is an essential tool for heating the pizza oven! I use it to check the stone before every pizza. The thermometer gives an accurate reading every time!

This is a very nice and accurate thermometer. For the most accurate readings you want to be up closer to the stone so as not to have the outside air temperature interfere. However, my only negative with this product is it is made out of plastic. Not the best choice when getting fairly close to a 900 degree oven. The front yellow plate has melted a little.

OOni Pizza Oven Gloves

I gave these as a gift to friends who have an awesome pizza oven and they loved them! Previous gloves they used didn't block the heat as well as the Ooni gloves do.
