This item is a "must have" if your making pizza's in your Ooni! This will insure that you get the proper temp for the bottom of your crust. I love it, it's so quick and easy.

I had an infrared thermometer

Ooni pellets - easy to use, fast burning - love it!

The Ooni pellets and fire starters are the easiest and cleanest way to light an oven, and to heat it to high temperature so my pizzs can cook perfectly. Great product.
