Learn from my Mistake

Luckily I did not have to learn the hard way and pay for a new stone. Ooni was extremely generous to send me a replacement free of charge. Now, listen up, when you put the cover on(if you bought one) start at the mouth of the oven and slide in on towards the back of the oven. I did the opposite and the legs folded and the stone slid out and shattered. If you cover the front first, the stone can not slide out. Lesson learned. The cover is a fantastic tool to carry the oven around. The oven is, well, exactly how most describe it, awesome. Took me a bit to not burn my pizzas but I like them charred a bit anyways. Thank you Ooni sending me a replacement stone ASAP. I have referred half a dozen people to buy one and they all love it.
