Essential ingredient fir perfect pizza

We bought out Ooni oven in April and struggled with uncooked dough. The thermometer has really helped to show that the oven has warmed up enough fir the first pizza ” no more raw dough or stuck pizzas. The thermometer is truly an essential ingredient fir perfect pizzas.

Its nice, although one time

Its nice, although one time i literally had to take out and re-insert the batteries to get the laser pointer thingy to work, switch made no difference.

I used the gloves to move the Ooni cast iron pan out of the oven to the table top for their Mac and and cheese recipe and burned my Thumb right though the glove . I would not recommend this glove if using any cast iron pan. Thank

I think the taste was really good. It actually lasted longer than I anticipated. I actually cooked 22 pizzas and used very little of the product.

The pellets start and burn

The pellets start and burn nice. I personally have trouble controlling the flame , it's ether to much or just burning. The taste I was hoping for more of a smoky taste, I'm slowing cook time down to get a little more flavor. I'm new at this so I'm still learning. I will get more pellets!!
