Easy to use, and now-a-days

Easy to use, and now-a-days doubles as a fever check for those coming to your house, lol. I use it all the time to make sure the stone is at the right temp.

These seem very sturdy although I don't think I'll use them much for pizza making. The handle on the oven never got hot enough to warrant their use. I think I'll end up using more if/when I start using cast iron in the oven.

We had got a different brand a few weeks before and it wouldn't go high enough
