Better than expected

The infrared thermomter I had did not go high enough and I was looking all over for one that would go high enough. Honestly, I was not sure if the Ooni one would meet all my needs or if it would be solid. In the end, based on price and some trust in Ooni I opted for this thermometer. From my first use I was impressed. This is a great infrared thermometer. Better than others I looked at that were considerably more expensive. I also found it to be very accurate and quick.
If you want to improve your pizza game, buy this.

Easy to Use - Infrared Thermometer

I rely on this thermometer to determine if the pizza stone and internal temp of the Ooni or the grill pan is correct based what I'm cooking. I have my Ooni outside, which in the winter can get down to 25 degrees or less. Wonderful product!

Perfect size for grilling and easy to maneuver in the Ooni. I mostly cook fish and vegetables -- they always turn out absolutely amazing.
