OK products, peel is good

OK products, peel is good and well constructed, cover for the money is over priced, gloves stiff and difficult to grasp tools with and they have a very distinctive obnoxious odor. Don't know if it's the dye or what but it is not pleasant, thought it would be gone by now but no such luck.

Fantastic and unique steak flavor

I've made a few steaks in this and it is unlike any method I've ever done! It gets a fantastic char on the outside which really unleashes the flavor.

Does just what you expect

Does just what you expect it to do. It cooks quickly, very quickly when the Ooni's up to temp. Bring it inside from the Ooni and it stays sizzling for ages. The handle's a bit finicky would be my only 'complaint' but it still does the job fine. I highly recommend it.
