Easy to use, has the correct high range needed to measure needed temperatures. I bought one that only went to 600 degrees but it was useless so I bought the Ooni.

Great!

I broke my original stone by turning my Fyra over, after its first use, to shake out the ash. Don't do this. You will break your stone. You will watch it come out and crash on the ground before you. Don't be like me. Don't be a moron.
This is a great replacement for a stone that didn't deserve to die in the first place. Do I deserve this new stone? Only time will tell.
