They work great!

Haven't tried any other pellets, but these have been great. They start quickly (with a fire starter), burn hot, and aren't too smoky. They also leave minimal ash.

Great because it has a red dot laser.

This is a must needed piece of equipment if you don't have an infrared thermometer with a red dot laser. With out the laser its harder to control the heat in the oven as you are not sure at what point you are testing the pizza stone from. The build is great with controls that are easy to use.

Pellets work great--you don't need to use a lot each time you make pizzas. Also, they burn thoroughly leaving very little in ashes.
