Very minimal ash, great results! Pizza oven gets so hot, we like to keep extra bags on hand so there is never any concern we may run out. Does not make any weird taste.

Too small

The sizzler pan is tiny, much smaller than it looks in the ads. One might fit a very small steak on it, or a cup's worth of veggies, but overall it just isn't practical. Quite disappointed. Since you asked.

Unfortunately the original stone arrived broken & this is a replacement stone. It arrived very well packaged & we are enjoying our Ooni oven. The stone heats up quickly & evenly. Thank you for such great customer service!

Don't clean your pizza stone

Just used my brand new pizza stone in my almost brand new Ooni pizza oven. This time, I didn't bother to clean the stone in my kitchen sink after using( this is how I broke my first pizza stone). It survived my second foray of pizza making beautifully ( as was my pizzas!)
