Really nice to have

The infrared thermometer works great and is easy to use. Glad that I have it so that I no longer have to guess if the stone is hot enough to begin cooking. In several cases, after I am I am done making pizza I will put in a small pan of chicken or veggies to bake (why waste all of that heat?!). With the thermometer I can be sure that the oven is staying hot enough to complete the second round of cooking.

I ordered the Ooni thermometer

I ordered the Ooni thermometer right after receiving my Ooni oven and know that this is simply a required accessory. I must have accurate readings on the temperature inside the oven and this wonderful device provides me with that valuable information. With this accuracy, I can control my cook times on my pizzas and other meals.

Easy to Use

Easy to use and comfortable to handle. I have saved fuel by knowing when to oven is heated to the desired temperature instead of letting it warm for 20 to 30 minutes and guessing it is ready to cook.
