Everything worked great.
Produced great pizza.
I recommend this pizza oven, the table, the gun and the pellets for anyone who likes good wood fired pizza.
I was amazed at how little ash was left to clean out the next day.

We have used the sizzler pan a few times and we love it! It sizzled our shrimp perfectly. We also made the Ooni Artichoke dip in the sizzler on. The smell and taste was amazing. Our guests loved it. Will definitely use it more and more!!!

My original Stone cracked for

My original Stone cracked for whatever reason, and Ooni sent me a replacement. It was brand new, and has been working wonderfully. I take extra special care of it like it where eggs, flip it after every use to self clean, and wait for it to cool completely before moving the oven at all - storing it indoors away from outdoor humidity. It gets extremely hot enough to char instantly any dough I put on it, but that's the monster we wrestle with. All in all, absolutely spectacular product!

Works but could have been a bit better

Mixed bag here. It works and seems accurate but the screen is practically invisible in sunlight or a bright but overcast sky. This seems to be a complaint by other owners so I'm not alone. To Ooni's credit, they have shipped out a replacement I have not received yet but hope it's more viewable outside as that's where you'd be using it.
