We love this - we use it for mussels in the oven - the handle is great the way you can clip on/off so it doesn't get hot.

The thermometer seems to work but who knows? I have no idea how fast an oven should go from 600 to 700 degrees or whatever. Is it accurate? You have to take their word for it.

Pizza cooks and tastes great with these wood pellets. Little to no ashes, easy cleanup. Reasonably priced as well compared to other competitors.
