LOVE the Cast Iron pans!

OMG!! love this and the round cast iron pan too!! We have been experimenting with various vegetables and appetizers (jalapeno poppers aka 'atomic buffalo turds' are the most popular). This week I cooked a burger patty for my dog in the Ooni- it worked beautifully!

Compared with the pellets I normally use for my pit boss I like the Ooni pellets better fir pizzas as they impart a wood cooked taste but not too smoky flavor which often comes with the other mixed wood pellets.

Does the job. Screen is a little dim for sunny days but critical accessory to know when it's safe to toss your pie in (low temp can cause a bit of a mess).
