Out of pure curiosity I bought the infrared thermometer. It hasn't changed my use of the Ooni oven ( 30 minute heat-up, turn it down to low, cook pie, turn back to high while prepping another pie, ...). Works as advertised but not needed.

Love that you can replace

Love that you can replace a damaged or broken stone without having to get a new oven. Our oven fell and Ooni was gracious enough to replace the stone for us. It arrived quickly and we were so grateful that we didn't have to buy a new oven. We love Ooni!!
