Not the right toy if you want precise or consistent measurements but a great tool to figure out your oven temperature range. Option to turn laser pointer off too for only infrared beam. Celsius and Fahrenheit

You should buy this. Great tool to give you insight into you're ovens temp before, during, and after cook process. Allows you tighter control on what you are doing.
