i dropped my stone during

i dropped my stone during cleaning. chatted with customer service to obtain the proper replacement and they sent me a new one at no charge. since then i ordered the 16" oven and cart. obviously very happy with the oven and service!!

A fundamental piece

It is a fundamental tool in baking pizza. Keeping the temperature on the right spot throught throught out the whole bake really brings the oven's performance to it's peak capacity because controling the temperature its keep in having perfect pizza every time.
