I'm not sure how accurate it is. It seems to vary wildly depending on changing just a few inches away when reading a temperature.

I know the size was

I know the size was listed in the specs, but I wish this was bigger. I was expecting to be able to cook 2 steaks or a whole fish on it. Its too small for that. So I use this for small batch veggies.
