Love it! Everything about the product is great. Wish I had purchased the infrared thermometer when I ordered the unit, but nonetheless the pizzas turned out great and were delicious! First pizza made was a breakfast pizza, DELICIOUS!

Very easy to use. A must have tool when fine tuning the right temp to ensure your pizza is cooked to perfection. Honestly, I don't know how you would check the correct temp without this type of tool.

Same as the pizza peel. When folks order the large oven, advise them about the appropriate peel and other accessories to match.
May be great, but had to send it back to right size.

The wood pellets are good and produce a lot of heat and light so you can use it any time of day or night. They also give off good flavor as well onto the pizza.

Very clean burning!

I used other pellets from box box stores and for some reason these burn cleaner. Not sure why but they are for sure better. We will be buying more!

This is a must for temperature management. You can manage the Highs and lows of the oven much better. Highly recommend
