Great piece of cast iron. Handle could be a bit longer, maybe not even made of CI. Good size for a steak or 2 burgers, a fish, etc

It was great until I left on vacation and hid it inside the oven and forgot it was there. I heated up the oven and all of a sudden it started smoking black smoke I melted it to a crisp :u1F975:

Easy to use. Works fast. I have tested and believe the temp reading is accurate. Have test up to 900 degrees. Highly recommended to make sure the pizza stone is at the right temperature to start cooking.
