Good Enough

The fit is (obviously) perfect and it works well. I'm disappointed that the surface isn't uniform, mine came with some mild cratering. Not enough to effect the peel but enough to collect matter.

Makes a great gift

The is a great tabletop pizza oven. It heats up quickly and cook pizza really quickly
( using the correct dough is key so it doesn't burn to a crisp)
The oven is wood quality and easy to clean. The pizza stone however is hard to clean. Makes a great great gift.

It is easy to use, readings are clear and it's does what it is meant to do make sure you are cooking you pizzas at the right temperature!

I am happy when it works. I did replace batteries, but my gun seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it works and sometimes is doesnt. Any tips would be helpful.
