I like to cook my pies at around 730-750 degrees. Gotta have this thing to know how damn hot this over is as you can't tell by looking, of course! This way you lowerthe Ooni to the proper temp that you prefer and presto, fab pizzza!

These pellets catch fire easily and burn hot but they do leave a lot of soot. It's easy to fill the hopper with them.

This is a must-have piece in order to cook pizzas. I had originally bought one through another company but it didn't read the high temperatures. Bought this one and it is perfect!

The Ooni pizza oven was given to me by one of my son's. It has since become a part of every family gathering. Cooking with the wood pellets is very easy and it seems impart a wonderful flavor. Wood pellets have hooked, going to purchase a pellet grill next
