Don't think I can trust the reading 450 degree read out and I put a pizza on the stone and poof the pizza evaporated

This thermometer is so much

This thermometer is so much fun to use! Just point and shoot. It has a nearly instant read for high performance and the build seems to be of high quality. This tool is going to be a handy addition to my pizza making toolkit

Happy with replacement

This is actually a replacement for one that was delivered broken in the original Ooni Fyre box. Replacement was easy, with only happy "faces" on the e-chat. Swift shipment and properly packaged for the trip. Worked as promised.

You don't need this device, just put the pizza in after 10-20 mins and then keep an eye on the crust.
