Ooni Infrared Thermometer A Must-Have

The Infrared Thermometer takes the guess-work out of knowing when your pizza oven is hot enough to make great pizzas. We got the oven as a gift without a thermometer. We were so excited that we baked in it right away. Mistake! Doughy pizzas fall apart. Future gift-givers, please buy the thermometer too!
