The perfect tool to measure

The perfect tool to measure oven heat. Knowing when it is ready is key to a perfect cook. I use this on my pizza oven, as well as the regular oven for baking.

Fun gadget

This thermometer works well and does tell me when the stone is hot enough- but I really need didn't needit. I simply have to give the oven 20-25 minutes to warm up properly. The display is very difficult to see outside in the sunshine.

Was amazing, my daughter put it on the oven during preheat. I came out to a puddle of plastic, it no longer works. But the one time I used it, it was great. Going to buy another one

great addition

We have our Ooni on our patio and have made several pizzas. Recently we had 8 of us, each making one to our own liking. We were pumping out pizzas one minute at a time. You just have to remember to rotate after 30 seconds or so. We had a problem with our stone and the Ooni customer service was outstanding, replying immediately to my email and then quick responses to further questions. They ended up sending me a new stone, which I got within a week.
