The stone is amazing. We

The stone is amazing. We received this as a replacement for one that broke inside our new Ooni oven. This new stone has been amazing. It cooks the pizza so evenly! We couldn't be more grateful for this amazing oven and the stone that creates all the magic. We are also beyond grateful for the incredible customer service this company provides.

I have the pellets ooni im still mastering the functionality.. the top cooks faster than the bottom e sometimes viceversa it does generate leave lots of soot even with all the vents open.. sometimes soot particles fall on the pizza and thats a problem BUT i still live it.

Works great and definitely need

Works great and definitely need it to keep an eye on the temperature to know exactly when to put the pizza in the oven and when to turn it down a bit.
