Great accessory and so versitale!

We love the sizzler pan. The handle is really helpful getting it in and out of the oven. We have made salmon and a tomahawk steak in it and they were fabulous! Looking for more fun things to make it in!

An infrared thermal thermometer is absolutely necessary. Without one you won't know how hot your oven is and when to put in your pizza.
This thermometer works quite well and is easy to use. I also us it to check the surrounding wall area to make sure nothing near my work area is getting too hot.

Replacing my broken stone

Replacement for my existing stone that i broke by putting a frozen pizza on it directly. Dumb mistake, easily corrected by Ooni's availability and product line and quality. Very confident in the quality of this product and that I'm always getting a great deal and a great experience using it.

I like the bamboo pizza

I like the bamboo pizza peel but it is softer than I thought it would be, plus the bottom leading edge is blackening from contact with the baking stone from sliding the pizza into the oven
