Such a helpful tool!

The Ooni Infrared Thermometer has helped me improve the quality of my pizzas. I am able to make sure my stone is up to temperature and monitor the temperature in different areas. I also use when making english muffins on a cast iron griddle. It is so easy to use and definitely worth the money

I can't imagine cooking in

I can't imagine cooking in my Ooni without this thermometer. I use it to get readings from the stone as well as getting the temperature of dough balls to see if they're ready to prep and cook.
