Brilliant. Was always concerned about the right temperature to cook the Pizzas but this device has resolved that. Can now get them loaded in at a good 290-300 degrees. Worth the purchase.

Complex instructions and lots of functions. The good news is you don't need either, just point and shoot and your pizza is good to go.

Excellent and essential

We fired up our new Pro oven, dial on the front read that it was ready to cook. First pizza ok, second was better; by the fourth we were wondering why the pizza was getting better and better. Realised the oven was hot, but not the stones, they took longer to reach best temperature.
Bought the IR thermometer to check the stones are ready to cook on.
Excellent device, everyone had to have a go with it and we make the best pizza in the world now. Every time. Many thanks.
