Only used it once so far but it has shown me why I wasn't quite getting it right ( heat wise ). Although I was satisfied with my pizza's before I think using this tool will help me to improve them even more.

Best infrared thermometer I have owned

I bought previously one of those from a catering supplier for a similar price and it was not as good as this one. The temperature is accurate, the quality is good and it doesn't need instructions. The screen is in colour which is an upgrade from my previous model and it's half the size. Well happy with it. Thanks

Easy to use and accurate. We checked it against another device It is important to get the oven at the correct temperature and this saves guess work
