Pretty useful although not precise as it depends on where it is pointed - obviously, the nearer the flame, the hotter it will be but it's tricky to know exactly

Great build quality. I've used it a couple of times now and found I was using my ooni Koda before it was at the right temperature, my pizza are now coming out even better! Another great product by ooni!
