Took a while yo he able to buy this as it was constantly out of stock. Eventually managed to get hold of one and pleased with it. Thought it was going to be chunkier but it is actually a nice, compact piece of kit. Helps to take away the guessing game as to whether the oven has reached the optimal temperature.

Good price, does the job, would be difficult to know the temp without this, it takes longer to warm up fully than you would think, once you have used this a few times you could have a good guess, this will also show you the temperature gradient from front to back
