To be honest.....you don't really need it! You can tell if it's ready and the controls on the oven are good enough to give you control....buy a second peel...far more needed.

This digital thermometer is as important as a pizza paddle...you'll never know if your oven is ready without it. Just get it!

Not accurate for low temperatures, but great for pizza oven. We've had nothing but success with our pizzas. Not too hot, and not too cold.

Laser pointer is not always visible. The temperature shown does not seem consistent and reading it in any light is extremely hard
