Does exactly what it says on the tin, so to speak. Great for checking when your oven is ready for that first pizza launch and that it's heated up between each subsequent pizza. Would definitely recommend.

Item as described. Nice compact size and does the job nicely. I went for this model so it was able to work to the temperatures the ovens could get to. I did find I went over the readable temperature so knew I had to let the oven cook a bit!
