A really useful tool and essential for pizzas. We put the oven on high for 20 mins or more then turn down using the thermometer. Makes handling the pizzas much easier and only takes a few minutes more to cook. us being novices!

Great! Does the job. Good size and clear display. Although the thermometer on my pizza oven (not Ooni) is pretty accurate - it's a good double check and I can also spot check the stone for correct temperature before loading.

Fantastic tool for a fabulous pizza

After ordering this little gadget last year, I used it for the first time yesterday with my Ooni pizza oven. My pizzas have always been good, taste wise, but the first one was usually either too wet or half charcoal. (I always joked it was dedicated to the fire god). But the results I had yesterday compelled me to write the review. The little gadget takes the guess work out of your pizza baking and the rest assured you will get the perfect pizza. Thank you Ooni!

All about the temperature

Great bit of kit, essential really to ensure effective and efficient cooking temperature for your pizzas. We didn't have it at the start of our Ooni experience and the pizzas were good but inconsistent. Now we're much happier that we can get consistently great pizza.
