Took 3 attempts to receive a unit that worked. Different faults with each of the first two delivered.
For the same money I could have gone to my local hardware store and picked up something that performs the same function.

It's a temperature gauge

All I can tell you is I use the ranges between 350 and 500. 500 is super quick and cooks my pizzas in around 60/90 seconds (moving around regularly) and the 350 is more controlled, not having to spin as much.

Great tool to have, not sure how accurate it is at times, as one object can vary significantly. Probably as a result of surface reflection from?
