Good little tool. You need this for your pizza oven. It's absolutely essential. You need to bake at the right temperature or it will burn, or undercooked. This gets me cooking at the correct temperature normallystart to cook about half hour after start up on my Ooni 12" gas oven. They come out bang on perfect

It works well, the lazed aiming pointer was a bonus. However I find the readout display impossible to see in daylight which is unfortunate as this is when we usually make our pizza!
